The quickest way to check availability is to visit our listing on Airbnb or VRBO. We are a Premier Host on VRBO and have recently listed on Airbnb.

Making a booking
Peak period summer holiday weekly bookings at Caswell Bay Chalet run from Saturday 2pm until 10am the following Saturday with flexibility at other times of the year. We are happy to offer mid-week and weekend short breaks outside of peak times. Please enquire regarding rates and availability. For Easter and Bank Holiday weekends there is a three night minimum booking. For peak summer weeks, it is a seven night minimum.
A cleaning fee of £50 is additional to the rental charge.
To make a booking for the chalet, please contact us via the Contact Us tab at the top of the page or via email. We'll email you to ask for a deposit which will be due immediately, unless your booking is a late one ie within eight weeks of arrival, in which case full payment is due immediately. This can be paid by internet or bank transfer. Once received, the deposit will secure the booking. International payments can be made by arrangement via Paypal (fee payable either by you or added to total amount) or via bank transfer which will incur a £25/32 Euro fee per transfer.
Bookings can also be made via Airbnb or VRBO, but these will incur the booking website's fees.
The balance is due eight weeks before your arrival at Caswell Bay Chalet but, don't worry, we'll email you to remind you when it should be paid. At the same time, in addition to the balance of rent, we ask all our guests to pay a refundable bond which will be returned shortly after your stay as long as the chalet is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.Full terms and conditions available on request.
